I always tie a half windsor. Easy, but makes a nice symmetrical knot.

FWIW both blue ties are using the four-in-hand knot. To my knowledge all Windsor knots are symmetrical.

(I also greatly despise the Four-in-hand because it always looks so sloppy, I mean why even wear the tie if it’s just going to look like that? )
